Jessica’s career started off in the US Navy. After volunteering for Navy recruiting orders, she decided it was time to make the transition to be a recruiter as a civilian. She has been in the Navy for 15 years and continues to serve in the reserves.
Jessica is passionate about helping others succeed. She’s eager to dive into technical recruiting, learning all that she can. She hopes to place veterans in many of the open opportunities she’s recruiting for.
Outside of work, Jessica’s biggest accomplishment is being a mom. Her son keeps her very busy with many sporting activities which include, basketball, football, and baseball. Spending time with her significant other and her son is her favorite thing to do.
Her favorite quote is “Life isn’t about waiting for the storm to pass. It’s about learning to dance in the rain”.
