Heather Davis has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology. Her career has advanced from hands-on consulting and implementation work to managing complex teams and focusing on customer delivery excellence.
Over the past eight years, Heather has specialized in sales and operations and is accountable for global revenue growth and end-to-end customer satisfaction and referenceability for clients. Her teams have received national recognition for their ability to deliver and manage alliances with customers and partners.
Heather is currently the Chair for the Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter of America’s SAP User Group, the world’s largest network of SAP customers, partners, and professionals. She also is an Executive Advisory Board Member for SUNSource, a worldwide community dedicated to enterprise Super Users and their leaders.
Heather graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Analysis (BANA), Management Information Systems (1988-1992). She currently lives in the Dallas metropolitan area.
