After serving 30 years in the United States Marine, Shawn Isaacson joined Collinwood after his Skillbridge Internship. Living by the motto of “Honor, Courage, and Commitment,” he has learned the value of teamwork and integrity. With a deep understanding of mission accomplishment, Shawn is well-equipped to help candidates with various IT backgrounds find fulfilling new roles. Additionally, Shawn profoundly understands the importance of two-way communication, actively listening to the needs of the candidates and pairing them with the clients’ complex requirements. Although Shawn is a relative newcomer to the IT staffing industry, he thrives in this business because he strives to serve his clientele (candidates and consultants alike) through his commitment to fulfilling their needs.
As an avid sports fan, you can always find Shawn supporting his teams (including the Denver Broncos) or his sons’ high school games. After a career that had him traveling and living across the globe (ask him about it sometime), Shawn currently lives with his family in the Chicago suburbs.
